Commencing March 1, 1966,
Sward Trucking Inc. began operating as a sole
proprietorship and became a California Corporation on
September I, 1977. Today, it proudly operates under
California Intrastate Authority CA1401 and under
Interstate Authority as a Common Carrier in the eleven
Western states and Texas MC 146045. This also extends to
the contiguous forty-eight states with Contact Carrier
Authority MC 146045 Sub 4. |

| FACILITIES: |

Sward Trucking, Inc.
operates from one central terminal situated on 18 acres in
the countryside of Oakdale. This location, in the heart of
the Central San Joaquin Valley, makes it equidistant from
San Francisco, Sacramento, and Fresno. The facility
includes a 5,000 square foot office building, and 2 acres
of warehouse and maintenance areas. |

| COMMODITIES: |
|
The ability to transport a
wide range of general as well as specialty commodities is
essential to serving the needs of our customers. Among
those that we transport in truckload quantities are
lumber, roofing, insulation, related building materials,
corrugated paper, waste paper, glass containers, empty
cans, plastic bottles, casegoods and plastic pipe. |

| OPERATIONS: |

Sward Trucking, Inc.
currently operates 50 tractors and 100 trailing units. Use
of this corporate-owner equipment helps to generate
approximately 85% of the daily revenue. Qualified
owner-operators and sub-haulers contribute the balance. |

| SCOPE
OF OPERATION: |

All equipment is based and
dispatched from our central terminal in Oakdale. Although
our primary traffic lanes are between the states of
Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, the
majority of the daily traffic moves between Northern and
Southern California. Sward Trucking, Inc. takes great
pride in offering overnight delivery services to most
points in California. |
